The Maureen Zwick Foundation is a Colorado 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 42-3950821). We raise funds so families living with dementia can receive Rose, a gentle wellness companion, at no cost to them. Near-term gifts fund a measured transfer pilot before broader free placements. You do not receive a device. Nothing ships today. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Our charitable program. Gifts support free access to Rose for qualifying families who would not otherwise have this kind of companion support. That is the Foundation's purpose.
How near-term gifts are used. Right now, gifts fund a pilot program that places the home base models the Foundation already has in a few family homes outside the founding family, and measures whether Rose helps. Later gifts underwrite free placements after that proof. Nothing on this page buys a companion for the giver. Gifts do not ship a unit today. The Foundation selects families using written eligibility criteria based on financial need, and keeps full discretion over which families receive companions and when.

These amounts describe what a gift can underwrite for other families. They are not product prices, and you do not receive Rose yourself.
Underwrite a future home, $500. Earmarks toward one Rose home placement for a qualifying family after the transfer pilot. Does not ship a unit today.
Underwrite a future complete home system, $2,000. Earmarks toward a multi-room placement after the pilot. Does not ship a unit today.
Underwrite a future home system and a year of care, $4,000. Earmarks toward a complete home placement plus a year of service after the pilot. Does not ship a unit today.
Founding Underwriter, $25,000 and above. Funds the pilot program itself: placing the existing home base models in pilot homes, measurement, and onboarding.
Gifts of any amount are welcome. Undesignated gifts support the transfer pilot first; amounts beyond near-term pilot need go toward future free placements.
Families who need Rose for their own home at no cost should join the waitlist. Paying supporters who want to fund the pilot or underwrite a future home can give above.
