The Maureen Zwick Foundation is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) public charity that places Rose, a gentle wellness companion, with families affected by dementia who would not otherwise have access to it.

The Maureen Zwick Foundation is a Colorado nonprofit corporation, incorporated July 20, 2026, EIN 42-3950821. The Internal Revenue Service has recognized the Foundation as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3). Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
The Foundation is governed by a fully-seated, three-member founding board. Two of the three directors are fully independent, with no employment, family, or financial relationship to Foundation staff or to any related business. The Executive Director also serves as a director and recuses from any vote on his own compensation or on any related-party matter. Board member names are shared directly with funders and partners on request.
Rose is real: a working home base model, in daily use and being refined with the founding family. The Foundation is now raising funds for a pilot program that places the home base models it already has in family homes.
The Foundation raises funds to continue the work with the engineers who built Rose, covering the onboarding, support, and measurement needed to move the home base models it already has into placements with qualifying families.
